How to Submit a Complaint
Clients may submit written feedback or complaints via the Contact form on our website or by post to our Nicosia office. All complaints are handled confidentially and acknowledged within five working days.
Resolution Process
- A senior partner will review the matter objectively.
- You will receive a written response or resolution proposal within 30 days.
- If you remain unsatisfied, you may escalate your concern to ICPAC (Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus).
